1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RGA Nyas Scholarship Platform ("Platform"), operated by Rajasthani Graduates Association Nyas ("RGA Nyas", "we", "us"). By registering on or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

To apply for the RGA Nyas scholarship you must:

Be a student currently enrolled in an Intermediate, UG or PG programme at a recognised institution.
Be of Rajasthani origin or meet the criteria specified by the RGA Nyas committee.
Provide accurate, complete and verifiable personal and academic information.
Not be receiving a duplicate scholarship from the same or a related scheme.

3. Application Process

Applicants must complete all required sections of the online application, upload supporting documents in the accepted formats (PDF, JPG, PNG; max 5 MB each), and submit before the stated deadline. Incomplete or fraudulent applications will be disqualified.

4. Document Authenticity

You certify that all documents submitted are genuine. Submission of forged, altered or misleading documents is a ground for immediate disqualification, recovery of any disbursed amount, and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Decision and Disbursement

The RGA Nyas review committee's decision regarding approval, rejection or the amount of scholarship awarded is final. Disbursements are made in instalments at the committee's discretion. RGA Nyas reserves the right to suspend or recover disbursements if eligibility criteria are no longer met.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@rganyas.org if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, logos and software, is the property of RGA Nyas and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

RGA Nyas may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
